Step by step recipe of Vegan Gluten free Quinoa Pancakes
1) In a bowl take the flour and mix it with the baking powder. Add in the coconut cream, sugar, peanut butter and chia seeds.

2) Start pouring in the almond milk while whisking and make a thick batter. Ensure that there is no lump and everything has mixed well. .

3) Heat Meyer Dosa Tawa and lubricate it with oil of your choice. Make small pancakes on the Dosa Tawa. Let the base cook properly (turn golden) and gently flip it. Cook the other side also well and place it on a plate. Make a stack of at least 3-4 pancakes this way.

4) Top the pancake stack with mango pulp and garnish with raisins.
