Mustard fish curry

Ingredients
Mustard oil - 1/3 cup
Cardamom - 4-5
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Chopped onions - 3/4 cups
Curry leaves - handful
Chopped tomatoes - 3
Chopped green chilli - 3
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Curd - 1/2 cup
River sole fish - 300 gms
Coriander - For garnish
Method
1) In a kadai start by heating mustard oil, to the oil add the cardamom and mustard seeds and fry til they crackle and pop
2) Add in he chopped onions and ginger garlic paste and cook till the onions get golden brown
3) Add in the curry leaves and the tomatoes
4) Chuck in the chopped green chillies
5) Add all the powdered masalas along with salt and fry it till the oil separates
6) add in the curd along with some water and cook till the gravy is thick
7) Add in the fish cubes and cook for 8-10 minute still the fish is cooked
8) Garnish with coriander and ginger juliennes
